We led comprehensive business training program for 20 MVP-stage health startups across WIDENING countries in the EIT Health InnoStars Awards. Our team delivered 90+ mentoring hours covering funding access, regulatory navigation, and market entry strategies. Accelerated European market validation for next-generation health technologies through targeted bootcamp methodology.
EU-US Market-Positioning training for tech start-ups
2025
We delivered comprehensive sales, marketing, and go-to-market training and mentoring for 23 Albanian startups within Plug and Play, the world’s most active tech startup accelerator. We designed a specialized training framework and mentoring to prepare emerging ventures for EU and US market entry through strategic commercialization pathways.
Health-tech investor-readiness program design and delivery
2024
We designed investor-mentor matching methodology for EIT Health InnoStars Investment Track program, connecting 20 seed-stage health startups from WIDENING countries with seasoned investors. Our team orchestrated 60+ investment preparation online meetings simulating real board dynamics to accelerate Series A readiness and decision-making processes.
EIC Business Acceleration Partner
From 2025 onwards
DARE is official Business Acceleration Services provider for European Innovation Council’s portfolio of breakthrough startups and SMEs. We deliver comprehensive support including investor due diligence, commercialization strategy, business model validation, go-to-market strategy, funding preparation, and marketing optimization for deep tech start-ups.
European Global Scaling Mentorship for tech start-ups

Delivered strategic mentoring for Q2Scale program, EIT’s tailor-made scaling initiative for technology-intenzive start-ups. We provided specialized guidance on business strategy, commercialization frameworks, go-to-market execution, and internationalization pathways for global market penetration and beta testing during intensive scaling phase.
EIT Urban Mobility Scale-Up Curriculum

Supporting PowerHUB, our team conducted comprehensive training needs assessment for EIT Urban Mobility’s 12 top European scale-ups, then designed tailored curriculum addressing specific growth challenges. Based on needs analysis, curated industry-specific mentors and delivered targeted offline and online learning modules for mobility innovation acceleration.
WomenTechEU “Ally” Partnership
From 2024 onwards
DARE is an official ally for WomenTechEU, the EU-funded program supporting women-led deep tech startup companies from Europe. As such we deliver specialized mentoring and conduct proposal evaluations, to advance a more gender-balanced entrepreneurship ecosystem through our knowledge and expertise in strategic business development and start-up funding.
STEM4ALL Gender Equality Initiative
From 2023 onwards
We partnered with UNDP and UNICEF in STEM4ALL platform dedicated to accelerating gender equality and representation of women and girls in STEM across Europe and Central Asia. We deliver pro bono mentoring to empower girls through strategic career guidance.
EIT Deep Tech Talent Pledge
From 2023 onwards
DARE is a committed pledger to EIT Deep Tech Talent Initiative’s pioneering programme to skill one million people within European deep tech fields.
This means in practice that we are contributing to Europe’s most ambitious technological workforce development through specialized curricula design, strategic upskilling programs, and targeted talent acceleration for cutting-edge innovation sectors.
